With temperatures continuing to rise and the longer summers that we seem to face, the need for some kind of air conditioner within your home is vital. There are some that can get by with a fan; others can only manage by using an air conditioner. There are even some folks who find they need additional air conditioners to keep cool. However, when using your air conditioners, you need to take care of the temperature you set, if you set too low a setting, it could actually affect your health! Changing from a cool environment to intense heat in a short time could give you some problems.
In many areas of the U.S., temperatures can stretch into the 90’s or even higher during some hot summer days. When faced with this heat, there are some folks who set their air conditioners too low, either in the 60’s or lower. If you’re staying indoors all day, you won’t have a problem.
